Shipping Policies

• Orders are normally shipped within 3 business  days after approved payment is received.
• Standard shipping includes ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.  
• WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON THE FIRST ORDER FOR NEW CUSTOMERS.
• Free shipping  & handling on qualified orders over $100.00 (before shipping & handling) & any  applicable sales taxes. 
• Shipping & handling on orders less than $30.00 will have a flat rate of $6.95.  
• Shipping & Handling on orders over $30.00 but less than $100.00 will have a flat rate of $9.95. 
• (Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% PA sales tax). 
• Express shipping is available at an additional charge.
• Currently we do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

All products are 100% guaranteed.  A full refund (less shipping and handling) will be given if the product and it's original container is returned within 30 days of the invoice date.  If you would like to return a product, please send an email to corlsridge@innernet.net giving the reasons for which the product is being returned.  We will reply promptly with the return authorization and shipping instructions.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally products may be temporarily out of stock.  Backorders will be filled as soon as product is available.  A store credit or refund can be issued upon request in writing via E-mail.   

Damaged Goods Policy
